These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, telehealth platform, and services provided by Grow Together Therapy, PLLC ("GTT", "we", "us"). By scheduling an appointment, submitting an intake or application form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms alone does not enroll you in our SMS text messaging program.
GTT provides outpatient behavioral health services via telehealth in Michigan. We do not provide crisis intervention or emergency services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.
Grow Together Therapy operates a transactional SMS program for people who separately opt in on our public forms at growtogethertherapy.net/start-therapy and growtogethertherapy.net/apply (or the app equivalents). Opt-in is a distinct, unchecked checkbox. Providing a phone number or accepting these website Terms does not by itself enroll you in SMS.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving therapy services, submitting an application, or using our website. You may complete forms and receive care without opting in to texts.

Messages are transactional and operational only — never marketing or promotional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from this program until you opt in again (for example by replying START or YES).

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee as disclosed at intake.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Together Therapy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
